My name is Billy Meraz, and I’m a local real estate agent proudly serving the Coachella Valley. Born and raised in the desert, I live here with my family and have a deep, personal appreciation for the lifestyle, beauty, and sense of community that draws people here from all over the world.

I’ve had a front-row seat to the valley’s incredible growth over the years. I still remember driving down Highway 111 and Palm Canyon as a kid and seeing little more than open land. Today, those same roads are thriving corridors of businesses—including my family’s dental practice, which has served the valley since 1980, my sister’s tile design showroom, and my brother’s payroll company. Our roots here run deep, and that foundation has given me a genuine connection to the communities I serve—from Palm Springs to Indio.

What I enjoy most about real estate is building relationships. I take the time to truly understand what my clients are looking for and help them envision how a property can become their home. That’s where I thrive. My background as a real estate investor and hands-on renovator—taking homes down to the studs and rebuilding them—gives me a unique perspective when it comes to value, design, and potential. I don’t just see what a home is, I see what it can be.

Loyalty and integrity are at the core of everything I do. Those values were shaped during my time at the United States Naval Academy, where I was a quarterback, and later as a commissioned officer in the military. Whether on the field, in service, or in business, I’ve always believed in showing up, doing the right thing, and having my clients’ best interests at heart.

I’ve been in real estate since 2007 and remain grateful for the relationships and experiences this career has provided. At home, my wife and I stay busy raising our three children and embracing the challenges and rewards of family life here in the desert.
